ok, so if your title is "area of a parallelogram" then your supose to show how you're supose to find the AREA! not show us how to DRAW a parallelogram!
I noticed that one of the kids had drawn one of those crazy parallelograms where the altitude does not intersect the base. The cut-and-move demonstration doesn't work for that case. Why not add a new segment showing how to find the area of that parallelogram?
