The two thugs that come into the room after he shoots Arlo, the second guy, after being shot, looks at his gun like "I could've sworn I shot first". LOL, no you didn't, pal, nobody pulls before Raylan. And, finally, the scene with Boyd's father, it only took 5 seconds and some help from Boyd to turn the tables. He was outnumbered and outgunned. So much for that.
Learn something from Timothy Olyphant. One of the fewest actors that keep their fingers off the trigger until on target and ready to fire unlike most actors. Probably the most important rule during stressful situations to prevent a negligent discharge.

@maxyorkie1 yea i counted the two joint kills with Boyd because they were "Shootings" and it's 3 wounded because Gio's Hitman doesn't die, in the episode (I think season 1 episode 4) Raylan calls him an ambulance before he goes looking for Cameron from Ferris Bueller.
@CoxBl0ck Regarding Gio's gunman -- he calls for the ambulance BEFORE he shoots them. I think it is pretty clear that he is dead by the end of that scene. But maybe I need to look at it again.
