Dennis, vielen Dank für ein wieder mal sehr beeindruckendes Video!
Mir gefällt besonders gut die Kombination von Qi Gong und Fajin... Ein Fajin ohne das Praktizieren von Qi Gong ist kraft- und leblos. Drum ist dieses Video eine Motivation für mich, genau dort immer weiter zu trainieren :) .
