Because she turns 9 before national testing. That was last year though.

Sorry but i think you mean that she turned 9 after TOPs testing. Cam's birthday is in September.

no I know but national testing is in October so she would have been 9. This test is in August.
oh right sorry, i thought you were talking about this one. i thought she missed national testing by 0.5 points (not unless she was alternate). Thanks :)
She did great! Her cast handstands were very good for such a little girl (8.5 WOW!)
