Should i buy a a230 or an a290? There aren't any big differences between the 230 and 290. The 290 has 4MP more, but i think 10 is enough for me.

Forgot to say that HSS works with any shutter speed. With a Dynax 9 its possible to do 1/12000 with HSS,

Its good to know that Gary liked the concept that Minolta invented.

The HSS and wireless system was introduced in the 1992 with Minolta 700si, the HSS mode didn't worked in wireless.

Later in 2002 with Minolta 7 they added Wireless HSS mode.

The Minolta 7D was the first DSLR with in-body stabilization.

I love my a230! I need that flash. I also like all my old Minolta glass that fits right on! I just need that flash. Is that the 42 or 56?

So many of the reasons why i chose Sony... I hope that eventually customers can realize they can get more if they don't just stick with a Canon or a Nikon...
