There are so many other artists ignored because the don't project such an intense persona, why shouldn't she be considered relevant just because she has her finger on the pulse of the art zeitgeist? Marina is or was beautiful once, not her art though .. she is one more of those lucky "I am cool and have a strong statement for the time being and thats all artist" who got blessed by current critique, she is a lucky black swan, thats all, sorry, to me art should not stand solely on statement , it has to amuse me to be great or at least disturb me strongly to be relevant, but this kind of shit, nah, its just boring and silly!
