in a nutshell, hit body is too badly beat up. Especially his knees and his neck. The most serious being his neck, resulting from his injury he sustained at Summerslam 97. He retired because he didnt want to ruin his quality of life in later years. He literally gave his body to entertain us, thats one of the reasons why hes the best!
