Let's review Obama's first sixty days in office. Obama has done the following:
1. Packed his cabinet with tax evaders and lobbyists.
2. Supported huge pork barrel spending and tax increases.
3. Insulted disabled kids.
4. Attempted to force wounded Vets to pay for their own health care.
5. Given terrorists in Iraq our withdrawal date.
6. Adopted a policy of appeasement with Iran.
So, this is the guy that Jim Webb supports?

Also kicking the lobbyists out and special interests will do a lot in making Congress better. That's one of the reasons why I am voting for Obama is because he's taken $0 from PACs and lobbyists. Where as McCain has taken millions. Change how Washington works. Obama, Webb and anyone else who will stand up to the cronies and hacks.

Making sure they are cared for properly there and when the come home, bringing them home sooner rather than never, making sure they have the equipment needed... wait, how is that bad? People disaprove of the Congress for not ending the war, as they implied they would do.

Webb is a conservative on social issues, but a liberal on economic issues. He's a product of the poor white underclass which Republicans have mined for votes and fooled into voting against their own interests. That's why democrats, even those who are well to the left of him on most issues, love him and republicans fear him.

That's rediculous! Did you do any research on that? He resigned because Reagan and his staff were forcing navy cutback that Webb didn't agree with. He wouldn't or couldn't have won that battle, so he honorably resigned. Jim Webb is a great man that I hold in high regards! Do some research and read his books, you'll come around!
