In terms of pure strength... Chyna by far (she outlifted HHH when they first met). In terms of actual wrestling skill, Beth is miles ahead of Chyna. In fact many people have come out (X-Pac and more importantly, Jazz) and stated that if Chyna wasn't as strong as she was she would have failed as a wrestler as she was technically rather blah.

Ummm... aside from piledrivers and a few other moves, nothing is off-limits in the WWE. Beth's moves are fine as she as been allowed to do them for a while now. And "not selling" is when you have a move done to you and you act like it didn't hurt all that much. For instance you receive a neckbreaker and then you pop right back up and don't even grab your neck , or look a tad woozy, or stay on the ground for a few seconds. And Beth is freaking awesome! Molly Holly called her the future.
