@RLC761 Not sure why, they're twenty years or so as a band. If you've heard of Nirvana, this guitarist is one of Kurt Cobain's super influences while hanging out at recording and jam shesh's and general whatever. Mainstream channels never did much melvins stuff that I know of, but they have a ton of songs that I'm still not done listening to yet. Some first albums are Ozma, and Gluey Porch Treatments i think... Do enjoy your research!

Gluey Porch Treatments is really hardcore punk rockish, Ozma is really nasty (in a good way) sounding, Lysol is slow and destructive as hell, Houdini is really, really sludgey and metally, This CD is the most rock/grundgey.
