@daredevil49937 they only stop if they can visibly see someone at the station waiting or if someone on the trolley wants to get off. Otherwise, they bypass many stops along the line.
I don't understand why u'd remove gates in place of a Traffic Light , ppl are more likey to run the traffic light with no gates then a gated crossing!
you said in the description, they were locals. why didnt they stop?

I'm assuming the gates will be removed soon and just the traffic lights will be present. I'm not sure of the reason for this change though.

I'm guessing it's because more people will stop for a red light than closed gates that can be driven around.
