Farmers and seed savers won't be able to save part of their crops for seeds. they will be forced to buy more seeds from Monsanto or other seed producers. Some seeds even have a gene that causes plants to produce an organic insecticide which may be poisonous to other life forms including humans. There has already been some reports of children suffering maladies that may be caused by these plant produced insecticides.

Monsanto's glyphosate (Roundup Ready) crops are already screwing up the effectiveness of Roundup on weeds, due to gene transfer from the Roundup resistant plants to local area plants, which includes the weeds that Roundup is supposed to kill. This is causing farmers to consider going back to more hazardous herbicides or increase the amounts used. Monsanto also is selling seeds that have a "suicide gene" in the embryo of the plant which is programmed to kill the embryo so that it won't produce.

wow, food poisoning can be from something you ate 10 minutes ago to something you ate a week ago. That is not that easily traceable. IF there is a suspected outbreak, sure I agree food should be tested, animals tested, water tested. but mandatory tagging of animals and one fee or fine fits all is not realistic.

She is under the misunderstanding that unless a law explicitly excludes something, then it is implicitly included. Proof in point. The word "include" as defined in Black's Law Dictionary, is a word of limitation, and not expansion. Look at IRC 3401(c). Under Miss Stockton's misunderstanding, we would all errantly presume (as was intended) we are an "employee". But under law, we can not be implicitly included.
