@4nathanlin It depends.. if you have flexibility and some strength on your wrists you can already star to practice hong 10 freeze , and you will learn it on a couple of weeks
@TheHeroworld I don't know if I undestand your question , but to get halos , I think that having the transition hong10 freeze/headstand , whithout quicking with your legs is the most important thing to learn them

XDentaum... podem ter varias coisas q impessam q as pernas fikem no ar . vc naum tem um video do seu hong 10 pa eu ver ?! pq dai posso responder na hora qual o problema , mas vo dah umas dicas : 1)qndu for por a cabeça e as mão , imagina um triangulo , poe as mão em 2 pontas do triangulo , e a cabeça na ponta d cima (vai fika meio q um tripe , dai equilibra + facil) 2) tah ligadu airchair ?! qndu vc faz airchair vc forçå o chão com a ponta dos dedos , faiz issu no hong..
... 10 . 3)qndu for joga as pernas po ar , tenta joga a sua perna esquerda (se vc for destro) meio q vo lado esquerdo , e trava lah ! pq se vc coloka meio pa frente , vc vai rola do headstand XP
