@lats28883 agreed, off the line the scooby should be quicker. I've got a Mk 5 golf gti pirelli now, running about 300 bhp, I see off 911 carrera 4s! Which is nice. Lol. But none of it matters anymore, Audi RS3 has completely re-written the rule book. Audi and VW are bad for underestimating so 0-60 in 4.6 could easily turn into low 4s. I havnt driven one yet but a couple have been bought by people in out area so Cambs audi (where I work) should get one in soon enough. I'll keep you posted.

Well, i have an ST and i have to agree, there is no way a standard ST would keep up with a WRX. However, i've got the Mountune kit on it now and it'll eat a standard Scooby for breakfast (tried and tested), As a result i would wager that the ST in this is tuned rather than the driver of the Subaru is shit.

@Fisherdaz1 Either way, with a proper launch the rex should leap out in front and the ST come back hard. The Rex 0-60 is quoted at 5.9 or something, cause they can do a 6000rpm launch. Big deal, the Focus will still mash them in gear

Technically you can say it is ford, as ford now owns volvo and has done for a while BUT the engine for the car is from volvo lineup, the focus chassis is ford though, great combo, used to have one of those very nice cars

well as an answer of why the focus keeps killing srt-8, camaro ss? is cause some cities are so high that the n/a engines lose too mucho power about 10% every 3000 feet for this and the turbo engines lose just about a 5% every 6000ft.

The euro spec ST comes with a 5 cylinder Turbo, 20 valves, and 2,5 liter displacement. Standard, they produce 225 BHP.
