What a scary theology! By brushing off one person, I could be responsible for the death of my entire congregation and the eternal damnation of a human being? Perhaps there were some other issues at work in that person's life? It seems to me the vid ended before we got to the part about Christ's forgiveness and mercy.

yes, there could be much more behind the scenes of a persons life...
but what if that one conversation, that one moment you mention love and christ into someones life,
it changes their whole outlook on everything. I agree there are more demons than just judgemental christians...but why ask what if?
