Third jobs are designed for be used in renewal system an renewal system is for low rates ( The oficial test server is a 10/10/10). Maybe a middle rate like a 75/75/75 or a 100/100/100 coul be ok, but anithing above that... it's like killing it.
And I can say that because I played in the oficial Renewal test server.
