  • This is AMAZING and also stomach turning! the first part I ALMOST lost it - but like a trooper I kept on watching!! With the 1st surgery when they took the top off, couldn't they have cut it out - all in one? what are the beating things at the bottom of the cyst (with the hole), what is the thick white sac made of? It looks almost like rubber - hard enough for them to stick a tube in to suck out the liquid! What would the liquid be made of?

  • he looks dead

  • Was this wise to open up inside the body cavity? That looks like MASSIVE infection so I'm just wondering if they could have actually removed it in one piece, or was the location of it just impossible to do!

  • This is a Teratoma. Benign Dermoid Cyst of the mediastinum.

  • Never seen one of those hair/bone atypical cysts before!!!

  • what is that white. rubber like stuff they are pulling out?

  • @laneyboo62294 If I am correct - it is either the germative layer of a Hydadtid cyst, or an interior daughter cyst sac.

Love this video, thanks for sharing it!

  • do you know the cause? they tried to say phenomena caught by sick Bali locals ,but I had no phlegm or cough, blood coming out my nose however and massive pain shortness of breath and no I never smoked.I am health freak Bo feedback practitioner.I thought my rib was out. anyway don't go to a third world country for this surgery and go a good hospital right away. my surgery was major because of how long it took to get to a good hospital for surgery.

  • similar to the surgery I had in Singapore after suddenly getting sick in Bali feb3 2011,the Bali hospital kept me there to collect insurance money not treating me,the Bali hospital made me sicker, because the 3 puss loculations hardened towards my heart and the abscess grew to 18inches up my back to my shoulders by the time I escaped to Singapore hospital. my surgery was like this, plus two tubes for drainage for 11days of the abscess very painful. having a hard time sleeping &gasping for air.

  • It’s congenital pathology of the mediastinum. It’s atypical localized cyst like bone and hair with organic mass in it.

  • what was that stuff removed at 2:48?

  • @oniani12345 Do you speak Georgian. How do you say "I am an amazing doctor" in Georgian?

  • Lol what if he woke up

  • It's like pumkin guts ick

  • Surgery? Lengthen the spine, free the neck. Each of you got yourself in this position, get yourself out. Lengthen the spine. Then once you feel that you've properly aligned and freed the neck, Use your sternocleidomastoids to pull up the clavicles to give the thoracic vessels and nerves some space. We all need some space. Hold your shoulders in a lifted and squared position within 2 inches of chin level. Then maintain a new, aligned posture that you always wanted. You have the control.

  • Hello Oniani,

Do you know if the second surgery happens to be the removal of an lung Cyst cpam type 1 ? at 5.01 min.thanks

  • The best

  • @oniani12345

    Hello,

At 5.01 min this seems to be a lung cyst cpam type 1 removal,is this correct?

  • @odoleh102

At 5.0 min a giant fluid filled cyst is the cyst of the pericardium. It was raised from the pericardium. It is difficult to say that it is congenital because it was found accidentally in adulthood.

  • @oniani12345

    Thank you for responding!

A cpam type 1 with a diameter of 12 cm has been resected from the left upper lobe of my left lung last year with wedge resection.I am 30 years old and this cyst has been there there since birth the lung surgeon told me.This lesion is potential malignant and therefore resected.Thank you for posting!
