Nah, that's just the cover not being closed correctly.. It happens sometimes if you don't close it carefully.. if you put a bit of pressure on that space it will fully close the battery cover. :D

a nice, low cost device, i used to think that having Nokia sell cheap or crappy phones was a bad idea, but i realized not everyone wants an N97, for someone who wants a low priced, fairly good looking, simple phone, this is not crappy or cheap, it's perfect
It support 16GB micro SD, have 15 days standby time, features like you see in video, and......it's 90 euro before taxes and subsidies, I think the last one is a little special :-)
But...should it named in 7xxx? I think its style is like 2xxx series......
