  • Anyone struggling with their weight needs to read the new book by Sean Croxton. I'm a personal trainer and even I learned things from it. It's really an eye opener!

    Step 1: Go to FatLossDarkSide. com

    Step 2: Read the guide and actually FOLLOW IT!

    If you do that, then really, there's no way you wouldn't get results. The info is all there, the rest is pretty much up to you.

    Alright, that's my recommendation and good deed for the day ;)

  • how you should lose weight is exercise and eat healthy. i am 13 and only weight 86 and eatting healthy does the trick it doesnt mean like eat only salads but eat unhelathy things in moderation and exercise a lot.:)

  • LOL daym WeightLoser! I'm 12 and weigh 84 pounds! Were you born like that or did you get a health problem or were you just a fatty and ate too much food to drown out the pain of having no life? I'm a vegan and athletic so best advice is honestly to STOP EATING MEATS! Even "lean" meats are fatty! Dairy products are fatty, eggs are fatty, anything related to animals are fatty. And you, my poor friend, are also fatty. So be vegan, eat 3 small meals a day ( no snacks) and exercise!!!

    If you're a girl. (Especially one with hormones) You need SOME meat to be healthy. Some meat contains good fats. Meat is to nom-nom-licious to stop eating anyway. Silly vegan, you won't have a proper diet if you only eat vegetables and fruit etc.

  • It's not healthy to step on the scale very often. You really shouldn't rely on stupid numbers on the scale much. And the "pinch test" is sooooo inaccurate.

    The best way to know is by your clothes. When you workout everyday for a good 2 weeks, you'll notice that your clothes (particularly your jeans) will feel looser. That's a better indication that you are losing weight and getting more fit.

  • how i lost weight was that i only ate one thing a day like a gonala bar and stop watching TV for 4 days (because i was in jail) when i got out and tried on my clothes i felt like i was loose all over its an easy diet i didn't exersice either i lost like 3-4 inches in 5 dayz its possible i know
