@flynny42 It is a bit of a mess. It is the first generation of the Otis 2000 design and I believe this was one of the first to be installed in London so it has been around for 17 years so it has experienced wear and tear.

beep was a bit loud. lift is clean. otis 2000 lights are very interesting. what is that bang while lift says 'ground floor'?

@Balarick It was the door cam or a loose piece of wire interfering with the car but it sounds like the door system being out of position.

Thats Nice! I can understand why you pressed the alarm (LOL) because the buttons weren't lit very well

@TheDaniel500 I agree. It was dark and this is the older Otis 2000 design and I don't think it featured backlit buttons unless the bulbs being overused.
