Actually, the first recording of this song was made in 1964 with a slightly different lyrics: instead of "poi nel buio le tue mani d'improvviso sulle mie" Mina sang "poi nel buio la tua mano d'improvviso sulla mia" but she thought the lyrics was ambiguous (according to 1964 standards... nowadays, with explicit lyrics, it is no longer like this unless somebody makes you notice it).

I also suggest you to look for a re-arrangement sung by "Delta V" recorded in 1998, youtube can help you with this.

A quick Google revealed: Nothing. There's nothing via the Francoise Hardy route either.

You can probably work it out if you sit down and twiddle around with it for a couple of hours. Just pay attention to what the piano's doing.
