Hey Jose, Just wanted to say I totally agree that its very important for our self-esteem to understand and really believe that we are worth being loved. What is difficult is looking in the mirror after you've acted hatefully, rudely or mean to someone else and still maintain your self-esteem. I've found a way to do that, just wondered if you had also.
