Are you serious? There's been a civil war between Muslim Somalis for almost two decades and you are going to bring up they would be killed for the way they dress. So, I guess it doesn't matter when covered up Somali women get killed left and right, it only matters if they are uncovered. I would have understood if Somalia was at peace and had a government, but when there is anarchy and everyone can be a victim, highlighting how someone dresses is irrelevant.
