The basics are the things that are going to win all of your matches, but learning techniques like these really refine your basics because your learning how to chase legs, cut back, hip heist, etc that will really help you finish your doubles/singles/hi c's.
Every move I've seen on any of these Granby videos seem like they are situation moves, if some one doesn't know what I mean. I mean they only work when you get into the right position I've never done all these moves, our coach wants to wrestle on our feet, they also don't look like high % moves, like doubles, singles, legs, bars, stands up, sit outs, you know. I would love to train all these moves, unfortantly our coach would never teach these I bet
well i see what you are say but i have used this move 7 times this year . you just have to set your man up in the begin of the match because they are jumppe so when u step back they come forward then you got them right where you want them.
@electronictrip Your coach is right. Doubles, singles, legs, bars, sit outs are more than enough to win 95% of your matches if youre good enough at them. Someone else said it in another one of these videos - you'll learn almost all you'll need to know in thefirst month or two of wrestling. The rest of the time is just getting good at the basics.
ok this only works if the guy your wrestling has hips as light as a feather. this is not practical
