Good, I like that you share this video, I wish success always Award winning chemist and author Shane Ellison describes to Creative Living show host Shery
Nice Video That You Share , So Very Nice Thanks You Creative Living show host Sheryl Borden how cinnamon can control blood sugar naturally without the dangerous side effects of diabetes drugs.
To be clear - this refers to TYPE 2 DIABETES. Not type 1 diabetes. The only treatment for people with type 1 diabetes is the administration of insulin via shots or a pump. Without this external insulin, type 1 diabetics die. Cinnamon cannot cure type 1 diabetes.
There is NO cure yet for Diabetes. Perhaps when someone gains a monopoly in stem-cell techno. that cures an ailing Pancreas, but only if you can afford their treatment, will there be any future way of easing the effects of Diabetes. Face it, you need to burn off the sugar you eat or what your body makes from fat. The biggest side effect of having Diabetes is Depression, thumbs up if you agree! Good luck and hang in there, Tom.
@makjac46 fyi, your comment indicates the body makes sugar from fat... this is untrue. The gluconeogenesis process (making glucose from other sources than carbohydrate) uses things like ketones or protein, but not fat.
The key with diabetes - especially Type II - is lowering your carbohydrate intake to compensate for any insulin-deficiency or insulin-resistance. Type I's inject insulin, but more and more are also becoming insulin-resistant.
@AlbertaBeefy I totally agree, however if you wish to help your body/pancreas/available insulin convert the sugar to energy, a body that exercises and reduces fat/weight enables the insulin produced to go further. Same effect as "water boils quicker when there is less water in the kettle" or simply, lose weight, gain better health. Cut out processed and salt, fat and sugar loaded food. Eat lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil and porrige, grainy bread, oily fish, lean red meat, skinless chicken, but less
@makjac46 Exercise and weight loss is a great help, yes. Especially losing visceral fat - this is now well-documented at helping insulin resistance as well as many other health issues.
However, eating porridge, grains etc., isn't good for most diabetics. Most grains WILL spike diabetics, period. Before eating ANY grains diabetics should test before and after the meal to watch their own reaction to it. I can eat "sprouted grain" bread, but not "whole grain" bread, for example.
@makjac46 Also, cutting out the fat isn't the answer. Diabetics need their calories from somewhere, especially those on extremely low-carb diets. Cutting out UNHEALTHY fats, yes. But there is no evidence that we need to eat only LEAN cuts, go without skin, etc.
In fact, the evidence is now contrary to that. Especially now that it's well-documented and proven that dietary fat doesn't cause health problems (except when accompanied by refined carbohydrate...)
@makjac46 But I digress and we've gone off-topic. This is about cinnamon. Does it help? It helps many that I know of, including myself and many other members of some diabetic forums.
You mentioned exercise and I totally agree that, especially for Type II's, regular daily exercise is the BEST thing you can do - but at least 3x a week is minimum.
@ua490 hey homie, why you so angry? go do some more studying, there are plenty of doctors, programs, and centers whom/which have great and replicable results in... yes... reversing diabetes, most especially T2. you can start your studies with the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center's (AZ) program, which repeatably gets insulin-dependent diabetics of all insulin in an average of 21 days. It's not easy, but don't say it's not possible. There are even T1 cases helped completely off insulin. Good luck!
@Ua490 Actually, I personally found cinnamon DID help my overall blood glucose readings, but not the 20% that some claim.
I'm a type II - The biggest thing for me was reducing carbohydrate intake considerably, to avoid medication I need to consume < 60g of carbs daily.
But yes, proper cinnamon supplementation helped me, and I'm not selling anything... That being said, it doesn't seem to help everyone. One thing about diabetics - we're ALL different in regards to what works...
You think you can cure type 1/2 diabetes but you cant!!!
type 2 may be cured with a healthy diet in the EXTREMELY early stages.
You guys just want to sell a fucking book to a whole lot of fat american who all probably have it!!
ALSO SAY "DIABETES' RIGHT, you say it wrong and say "diabetess' instead and you guys sound like faggots when you dont know what youre talking bout and you making up shit!!!
You seem to know what you're talking about here. But I have a big question mark in my head because while all cinnamons will work the common cinnamon in grocery stores is "Cassia or Saigon" which contains large amounts of a chemical called coumarin. and this is not good in large quantities. You should specify "CEYLON" cinnamon because it has 1/10 the coumarin. The question mark is because you should know this.
@ThePeoplesChemist do you happen to know how to get rid of eczema for good because if tried alot of things and none of them worked .if so feel free to message me thanks
@dmx1650 .... cranberry, 250 ml twice a day against an eczema. Eczema is a black mold growing in our body, i cured my eczema in this way, good luck, let me know if it will work, sorry for my slow english

@gwood1225 not diabetis you retard. You american say it wrong, the technical term is diabetes with an e and stop with the extra s sound at the end.
That wont cure it, maybe in prediabetes and early diabetes a healthy diet will.
Dont be stupid and believe in these scams
Ua490 3 months ago
@SuperSexyTasty do you have type 2???? Pre-diabetes???
Cause you full of crap, if you have cinnamon your reading will not change!!!
You just a fat American who believes in ridiculous scams!!
A healthy diet and losing weight may get rid of pre-diabetes adn extremly early stages of it!! And only if you dont take insulin.
Btw i have type 1 and i know all about the type of diabetes and this guy is full of crap and just wants money!!

HEY TPC, THE CINNAMON WE BUY IS MORE OFTEN THEN NOT "CASSIA." THIS NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED.

@marcjtdc wudnt it be labelled as cassia cinamon and not JUST cinamon unless it really is actual cinamon??

On short news clips, it has to be kept simple. For in-depth material, that is what the book is for. All of that is covered. Thanks.
