problem with bass is if you arn't slap on it is really bad and dude is off on the other hand when you screw up lead usually close is good enough and not bad. I also think no true bassist would ever use a pick.

it gives it a very distinct sound

depending on what i play i use my fingers or a pick because picks give a vry robotlike sound and fingers have a more natural sound

its all personal preference

hell if you have a problem with picks you have a problem with most heavy metal bands

Good cover, but I think you got some of your notes wrong, And *maybe* the tuning. The song is in Drop C, but the bass looks like he's playing in E or something. And the part with the harmonics is wrong, I believe. Good job though!
