don't worry everyone it's good that she didnt win, the bigger a runner-up you are, the more likely you are to succeed. JLS (2nd) have had 5 number 1 singles, One Direction (3rd) are going on tour in america, Cher Lloyd (4th) has performed with 3 american rappers on her album. and Janet came 5th so that must equal...sold out world wide tour...and then more grammy's in 1 night than adele in her entire career

@TGTITU2 All those acts, including Jedward, are Syco/Sony acts, get hyped up beyond belief & have non-stop media saturation on Cowell's shows with prime time TV slots for every album or single release. 1D had non-stop Cowell backing for weak performances whereas Janet got non-stop slating for great performances. And Olly got the XF job to boost album sales.

Janet won't sign with Syco & won't be given the same privilages, so will need word of mouth by the public to build her fanbase.
