Yeah I got injured in spring football practice, so I'm out for this 2011-2012 year which sucks, hopefully I'll be good enough for the winter, I'm a snowboarder.. But thanks man your videos kinda helped me onto what to expect and now I have a feel for what I'm going to go through before and after surgery! But thanks and if I do have any questions I'll be asking you haha
@PatCollins93 Sorry you got injured! I am finally back to 100%, about 9 months post-op. I played a game of pickup basketball the other night with only a little inclination to reinjuring it. There were a couple times my competitive edge took over and I found myself sprinting as fast I could. Being a former college athlete, I can tell you it felt very similar to how I would run before I got injured. Good luck let me know if you need any help!
Rusty, thanks for posting the video of the Shuttle MVP. Hope it is continuing to help with your recovery.. I noticed a noise when you were recording. Give us a call at 800-334-5633 so we can give you some quick tips on servicing that machine or tell the clinic you work in to give us a call. Ask for Parker.
@jdeshong08 - about 3 weeks I was off crutches. Longest three to four weeks ever, being on crutches then in an immobilizing brace after. I am 4 months out now and can not only walk, but sprint! Good luck, get well soon.
