Fish Lice ~Argulus~

I HATE them! I mean I HATE them!!! One of them's on my goldfish's tail. I need to remove it but how? It's so hard to remove them using a tweezer. ;-; Help, I want to save my goldfish.

i had 7 on my little fish that was 5 cms. it survived. i didnt no what they were.
