actually yes you can get to the base of "the tower" another way - you can jump to the base from the poles on the stairs next to it. It's hard but you can do it.

Yes, you CAN get up there another way.

1. Get on the railing by the snowy stairs

2. Step back as much as you can without falling off

3. Run towards it, jump

4. Look up as far as you can and climb up the ladder

It's longer and harder to do, but I just had to point that out.
