Assessing rhythm/shocking should come before intubation..and also CPR needs to be stopped while checking ecg..otherwise pretty neat, well-rehearsed team
Dobrý den.Zanedlouho dokončím SZŠ a chystám se na VOŠ - záchranář.Nádherné video pane Truhlář! Právě jsem včera dočetl knihu "Jak funguje letecká záchranka",na které máte velký podíl také Vy.Tímto Vám chci moc poděkovat,že jste Vy a také celá LZS HK spolupracovali s autorem a tato kniha mohla být vydána.Myslím,že zaujala nesčetné množství lidí a ještě více jich zaujme.Nedávno jsem byl v Hradci, tak jsem se musel dojít podívat na Váš heliport a na Kryštofa.Přeju hodně štěstí a úspěchů!
remember the five point auscultation, epigastrium, lower left and right chest then upper left and right chest. For Vasopressors - Epinephrine or Atropin is better than Adrenalin.....then Amiodarone follows
epinephrine is adrenalin, lol. Two names of the same substance. Epinephrine - epi + nephros is latin, and adrenalin - ad + renes - is greek i suppose.
great video... minus the lead medics "placement" over the Pt. but if it gets the job done.. im not complaining!

I THINK THERE IS a waste time before monitoring
the patient should be put on monitor as early as possible for dealing with VT or VF
