Hope things get better for you Pete. I've seen similar things happen to my Dad with his small buisness. This video reminded me of my Dad and Mom when he would tell her to pay certain bills and she didn't pay attention and never do it and then not have the money to pay bills then he would have to sell his hot rods or other belongings to make a lil bit of money.

This shit sucks... I am in northwest oklahoma the temp this morning was -6 below ZERO... I have been snowed in with 20 inches of snow since Monday and now my only possiable way to maybe move is my 4WD blazer which has just blown it's tranny,,, I was backing upp hit a 4 foot drift pulled forward put in reverse and on pop now no fucking REVERSE !!! I have been reading online that this 4L60e transmission has a weak sun shell gear WTF it's a 4WD with 42k on it and GM puts some cheap ass part in....

1. fire the chick thats not doing her job.

2. shut off the water to the building at the road (if you can do that here)

3. save as much as possible then advertise more to get more biz.

We've been hit by the same storm up here in Illinois. Everything is covered in a coating of ice, but we're a lot more used to it than they are in Dallas. I hate it when you want to get work done and you can't because the power is out. Nothing worse than sitting around thinking about all the problems. Feel for Ya Dude......!!!......Please don't get discouraged, it will warm up and life will go on, and be careful on the way home with Minnie........iced up roads can take out almost all vehicules..........even studded tires can be over come by ice. Chains are better but if a chain breaks it will beat your wheel wells into non existance and remove fenders and rear quarter panels in seconds.

Bud, in 1998 in Ottawa, where I lived then, we had a horrible six week ice storm. You haven't felt small and microscopic until you watch those huge metal hydro towers crumble like tin foil.

We lived without power for six weeks, couldn't work, couldn't cook, etc...
