This song is a John Cash classic... I had never played this song before trying this..

I gave it a try simply out of appreciation for Mr Cash`s music... No one can do this song like John did in my humble opinion, but that shouldn`t stop people from playing it or doing a rendition of it... The song is an amazing piece of music..

And John Cash was an amazing talent...

Great voice. I mean REALLY great voice, bad ass! WIth your voice, you could have the best remake of this i've seen. You're 2 counts late on saying "When the man comes around". That part of the song when Johnny Cash sings it is the part that gives you chills. With your voice, i'd like to see you deliver it on time. Cash says "When" while still playing C and then say "Comes" right when you switch to E. you start after you switch to E. Otherwise, best rendition on youtube!!

Thank you, & actually the "original version" opening is in C#M & a choked strumm pattern. This was just me giving the song a try the other verse chords are all correct.

It starts in C, Am, F.. I do believe the "rhythm strum pattern" you hear on the recordings is Cm I just did`nt use it on this recording because I was just trying to figure it out..
