people have wasted way too much money on housing. noone has any business spending more than 100k on housing. Well maybe if earning in excess of a millkion a month. So all their work has been wasted on white elephants and ended up holding nothing in the end.

By any estimation there are about 5 million americans in these shanty towns/ tent towns or favelas today. The number is set to rise to tens of millions. Soon.

And guess what, its the euro-americans who end up there. Replaced and eradicated.

America is dying, and very fast, too. The American Dream is now the American Nightmare. You should try to move to Canada or something. The "land of the free" is now the "land of the robbed". American economic system is sucking the money out of the people and into the pockets of the rich. It's a shame the government doesn't stand up for the people - on the contrary, it defends and helps the rich. Bad move.
