You're right about the dialogue but not much else. "Billy? Heh, that rhymes with my name!" How awful... Yeah, the script needed some major work but apart from that this is pretty decent. Beats the 1990s Double Dragon movie.
This is a lot better than the one from 15 years ago. Although the Shadow Warriors the the 1994-1995 movie looked more gangster-like than the ones in this film.
