Yeah you have to crank it up all the way.. Sorry!!! Not sure how to fix that... But make sure that the volume on the vid is all the way up along with your computer's volume and then you should be able to hear it fine.

Totally with you on that one!!! They have been gaining popularity over here though, 2 of their new songs (first time and whatever it takes) have been getting a ton of radio play, and you and me and hanging by a moment have also been played a lot on the radio for the past few years. But they're pretty amazing!!

Yeah, it was a really great setting. It was a really small audience so they spent a lot of time talking to us. My cousin was with me and she watched and said they cut so much of that out. If you haven't seen them live yet, they are pretty good and you're in for a treat!
