It's going against his right's because it clearly states.."You have the right for a speedy, fair trial." They were not "asked" to leave, they were made too. They are members of the Manson family. The main speaker is Sandy Good, the girl to her left is Kathy, and then Kitty Lutesinger. I don't know who the girl at the other end is. They weren't directly involved in the Tate LaBianca killings. Sandy (and Squeaky Fromme) still follow of Manson, as far as I know. Krenwinkel and Van Houten (2 women convicted of the killings) have rejected Manson, as did Susan Atkins (Sadie) who died in prison earlier this year (2009). I think this tape is really sad.

It's going against his right's because it clearly states.."You have the right for a speedy, fair trial." They were not "asked" to leave, they were made too. That shouldn't happen to anybody let alone Manson. He wasn't aloud to give his testimony to the jury, that's going against his right's as an American citizen. He did nothing wrong and Bugliosi knew that. He had no evidence to convict Manson. Plus why would a lawyer get killed if he was defending him? It was a drug burn with someone else.
