Kirk Hammett is the best guitarist in the world. I love this guy i play guitar myself and hes my biggest idol. But Seek and destroy, the four horsemen and whiplash are from kill em all and Dave Mustaine played those solos? I think.

it doesn't really matter, I mean even though dave wrote it, kirk hammet changed it up a bit for the actual recording (dave got kicked out before they recorded the album kill 'em all)

Although not just technically amazing, more importantly better written lead work than anything else I've heard to date.
