I think this is a pretty solid example of why genre-blending in the metal scene has really been it's downfall in the last ten years. These stock jungle samples (yes I'm aware a lot of people use them, a la the Amen Break) mixed with crappy and predictable symphonic-metal? A boring mishmash people with no musical education, production experience, and education will deem "original." Not all is lost, as it's clever in some aspects, but all-in-all it falls short in everything but production value.

@23animosity23 don't you think that music doesn't have to be the worst, or the most of something, I believe that TPH has its own very style that very few other bands have taped into. Of course their style isn't unique but they have exploited it to a point that very few other bands have.
