@mail3209 This was in Bengbu, China in Anhui Province. The street name was Jiefang Er Lu, between FengYang Rd and Xinhuai Rd. He first made a bread dough and cooked it, then he cut a whole in it and cracked an egg inside. It's just a street food snack...and it was good!
