yeah seeing as its boring enough to mbe a Sunday programme.
And I was born 5 years after this so how would I know.
I've read that the COW was first seen on the Monday. Same with the mirror globe. :)

correct me if i'm wrong but i believe this was the final evening the mirror globe was used.

No, there were three more evenings plus one more daytime period after this. The COW debuted before Wogan on the Monday.
