Hopefully TLO realizes he didn't merely lose a fun little tourney. He got embarrassingly and publicly shut out, totally fucking skunked 4-0 without a hope or a prayer, left completely incapable of defending himself against a much newer player that was supposed to be the underdog.

Not to be a dick, but he didn't even lose WELL. Two of those games were won in under 10 mins, and in all 4 you could tell he was totally confused about his build and his micro, whereas spanishiwa had plans all set up.

Spanishiwa already had the money in hand and had literally nothing to lose. He did it as a courtesy to try and give TLO a chance to redeem himself a tiny amount, and I suspect he didn't play as hard as he could because he was shocked he whipped him so easily and didn't want to rub TLO's nose in it.

Actually, you're wrong. In this particular 7 game series, both parties agreed to play it out to 7 games NO MATTER WHO GOT TO 4 FIRST! Helps to watch the first game where Husky explained how it was going to go down. Personally, if I shut someone out 4-0, I'm going to relax a little.

i think what makes sc2 more fun then warcraft 3, is the fact that you can build a fortress.. and make more units... i like wc3 rpg elements and heros and super intense micro.. but building fortressess is really fun

@12hiei21 -- I do think that Terrans got way overnerfed when everyone bitched and complained about Reapers and 4rax, but I don't know if Zerg are OP either. Protoss is definitely the strongest of the races right now I think, at least until the next patch. Their 4gate is too fast, and requires too much of an alteration in strategy to defend against it. I also think that the Assimilators should cost 100 minerals, so people would think twice about gas-stealing.

Even so ... Four to nothing? Geez.

Well I was wondering if Spanishiwa would go easier on TLO since he already proved himself with fair and clear 4-0 demolish and got the money as well plus he has very high apm even amongst top players so I'll let him have bit of a break there ^^ I hope that he gives good matches for TLO since pity matches are quite a dick slaps on the face after 4-0 dominating even though he can take the rest with little more ease.
