I don't know what US and World News Report you were looking at, but the 2009 rankings have the University of Utah at 127 and the University of Alabama at 83. Also, Alabama gymnastics finished 2nd this year in gymnastics, while Utah finished 3rd. Utah has sent 26 players to the NBA, Alabama has sent 23. That's not "far more" than what you suggested. Also, we have contributed FAR more to football than Utah EVER will.
