i didn't listen to anything he said, i skipped it and scrolled through the imagery of the video. I went back to playing x-com 1 after playing it many years ago, it still has the addictive power that few other games have, keeping me up till 10:30 am. I have a lot to say about x-com 1, 2,3, and 4. But i won't. I just got psi. training for people at all my bases and have began to develop my soldiers psi str. and ability. X-COM! DEATH FROM ABOVE!! try x-com 4 drunk, w/ force-feedback joystick.

If they made a proper one that was like Ghost Recon (real-time first-person where you can change which member of the squad you are controlling) I think it could be good. Online play would be pretty cool too. Maybe like CoD where you get better guns, perks as you level up.

they kind of have one out already, its called UFO Extraterrestials, some people just tried to make it as close as they can without infringing on copyright, its really awsome, try it...

I dunno if you've played Call of Duty 4 or 5, but an X-Com game like that would be deadly! Perks, new guns as you level up, different game modes (e.g. Sabotage, War,Deathmatch, etc.) Plus, add in the cool things from X-Com like mind-control, plasma rifles, alien grenades, and the different alien species and you would have one great FPS.

Great video man thanks. XCOM really was the best game of the mid 90's. This play here is much better than I had ever done... It was the most complex and frustrating game... This really brings me back, and your comments are very entertaining, even when you are drunk you make sense, congrats!

Yeah, but if you compare difficulty levels, it's nowhere near the terror that is "Xcom : Terror From The Deep"

I actually find the first XCOM game more enjoyable then TFTD because of it's insane difficulty level. I trudged thru that game once, and never again.
