Stop the hyperbole. I didn't say anything about racism and disagreeing with Obama is not racist in and of itself. It is racist when millions of people call him racial slurs like "Obongo", pass around racist emails, question his American citizenship, accuse him of hating white people (like Glenn Beck did), etc.

Well...let's see.
1. He was a member of a racist church for over 20 years. (Which he couldn't disown, but then disowned...)
2. He nominated a racist Latina woman who declared she has 'more sense than a white man (on 7 occasions.)
3. He accused the Cambridge cop of racism without knowing all the facts.
Sounds like a man who built his career by exploiting racism.
But God forbid we should point that out, or we'll be called racist.

1) List what was "racist" about them. On the other hand John Hagee's church is confirmed to be racist and McCain actively sought his approval and changed his denomination for him.
2) She isn't a racist and that's not what she said. She made a comment similar to one Scalia made.
3) He said "acted stupidly". "Stupid" =/= "racist".
4) On the other hand Joe Wilson, the current conservative posterboy, is an active Neo-Confederate.

1) Because Jeremiah Wright became political poison. The same reason McCain distanced himself from Hagee even though Hagee didn't specifically make any racist remarks during the campaign.
2) The Democrats used to be the conservative states' rights party. They went Republican in 1964 after the progressive Northern Democrats approved of the Civil Rights Act. Anyone with even basic knowledge of US political history knows that.

So you acknowledge Wright was poison. Good we're making progress. Why was he poison? Because of his great love for White America?
Why did Obama make a speech refusing to disown him (like his own grandmother) and a week later disowned him?

Rev. Wright was poison because of his "God damn America" comment. That's not racist unless you consider "America" = "white people" which sounds more like racism on your part. The media took it out of context and no amount of explanation seemed to matter so there was little option than to distance him from Obama.
Why did Obama refuse to disown him? Would you disown a family member of long-time friend who said something you found disagreeable?

I've already acknowledged that all Republicans are racist, especially conservative talk show hosts. It's a moot point.
It doesn't advance your argument that Democrats aren't racist. They are. they just have different ways of exploiting it.
Obama successfully built his political career on race, and you've acknowledged that the KKK was founded by Dems and that they blocked the Civil Rights act of 1963.
Democrats use the poor to get elected and keep them dependent on government.

Of course both parties are full of racist and I'd argue that neither party (at least the leadership) truly cares about nonwhite people. The Democrats abandoned the black community under Clinton and the Republicans abandoned the black community under Nixon.
Now whether the everyday people in the party are racist or not is a different issue and it comes down to the individual. Obama built his career on community service and politicking, the latter of which all politicians do.

Well, the good news is that intellectually honest Blacks like Larry Elder, Condoleezza Rice, Clarence Thomas, Ken Blackwell, Michael Steele have seen the destruction brought on their communities by "compassionate Liberal policies" and are speaking out.

Perhaps the reason Larry Elder and Condi aren't popular with black people is because Condi is a war criminal and neither of them have ever done anything for black people. Same with Clarence Thomas.

No, urban renewal is funding projects to bring jobs back to urban areas and clean them up and create affordable good housing.
You don't create good jobs by deregulating everything and allowing companies to cheat on taxes so they can treat American workers like they do the Mexican, Indian and Indonesian workers that they pay peanuts overseas. As for governments there are actually 4 million government employees and government jobs usually pay well.

I agree with you completely that union leadership doesn't care about workers anymore. Corporate management and top shareholders care even less. Perhaps workers and consumers need to start empowering themselves again instead of fighting each other over low-wage hellholes.
Neither corporations nor politicians should be cheating on their taxes (not to mention Democrats aren't the only politicians who cheat on their taxes).

Democrats argue that paying taxes is patriotic. It is doubly hypocritical for them to cheat since they take the high-road on this issue.
No company ever really cares about its employees. They care about profit. Period. If you make it difficult for them to do business, they will pack their bags and go elsewhere.
Maybe we should all just quit our jobs and go work for the government. Like in the old Soviet Union. Worked out pretty well there, no? Government job? Until the fed goes broke.

Europeans & Canadians come here all the time for healthcare. No Americans go there.

Employees don't create businesses. Investors do with venture capital and private and public funds. If the concept works, they higher employees to run the company.
The risk takers create jobs, not the bums who live in trailer parks.

Investors can only set up the trappings of a business. They don't create a business's revenues or goods or services. Employees do that. And the money that venture capitalists have was generated by their employees or by their own labor.
It's unavoidable. Everything is created by labor. Labor is the independent variable and capital is the dependent variable. Rich people become rich either through their own labor (a few of them) or the labor of their employees (most of them).
