@capitalismforme Not rigged. This was an OLD fight, back before there was any standard protocol to reposition fighters after stand-ups or move them when they're caught in the ropes. Shit like this happened in a lot of fights back then.

Just watch any old Pancrase fights, where stand-ups were arbitrary and occured even if fighters were going for submissions. Other good examples inlude Conan Silveira vs. Gary Myers and the first fight between Guy Mezger vs. Tito Ortiz.
