Is this a "Pre-war" Polydor disc made in Japan? Man, that's gotta be rare! Look closely at the writing at the edge of the label, it says made in Tokyo, Japan. It's even more amazing if it is post war!

Yes, It is prewar Polydor as you discovered it.
The record of the prewar Decca label was pressed by Japanese Polydor, and it was sold.
