  • OK, now use a series of hot and cold cylinders that are connected to crank shafts running at multiples of the base rotation frequency to describe the volumes over time in two (very) finite fourier series.

  • @skittlesmonkey No. At the moment Wärtsilä marine diesel has best efficenecy of reprocating engine i suppose. With exhaust gas steam turbine it has about 60% efficiency

  • 'mornin, LOL! a socket enclosed sprung ball bearing may work very well as a roller or an actual single tapered roller.

  • No. Phase angle is 144 degrees. This is just cam concept for ideal stirling engine.
