Laos has some road but not enough for these cars speed, just go cross the river to thailand for a little more speed but watch out the cops they are hungry for money... those cars bought for kids from big corrupted politicians and big merchants.. Laos has money to buy very expensive cars but the GOV. should have built more roads/highways.
