They DID have a steering mechanism. It's those handles the driver holds. However the problem is rather braking and the fact that it's too big too be practical for just one person. Not to mention limitied visibility, no weather protection and where would one park such a thing? What if somebody tips it over?

The Greenhouse effect DOES exist and HAS been proven. however the effect on the atmosphere from these emissions is not fully understood. it is just ignorant to think we can put enormous amounts of these known greenhouse gas pollutants in our atmosphere without any repercussion.

There is no direct evidence that C02 =global warming. It is still a theorie like many others.

Yes plants do use C02 meaning more plants, but plants can not consume the CO2 as fast as we are emitting it. I think there would be more evidence for a sun caused climate change. The sun is much hotter than the earth, the atmosphere lets some of this heat and and the heat is absorbed by the earth and re-radiated back to the atmosphere, That is what the greenhouse effect is.. by putting c02 in our atmosphere, we are enhancing the effects of the greenhouse effect.

I see Valcanos and Tidel waves affecting the climate but 150 years of burning trees and gas seems so irrelivant to +4billions years of earths existance. yes but.. the earth has never had these anthropogenic gases pumped into the atmosphere before humans started producing them .. its still unclear what exactly happens when we do.. but that doesn't mean it should be disregarded completely, there is still credible evidence that shows humans DO have a considerable impact on the environment, that might have an effect on climate change, or maybe enhance things like volcanoesand other natural sources of greenhouse gases.
